Using the Chemistry Storeroom
You may use the Storeroom Order Form to purchase supplies, or you may schedule an in-person visit. In order to help maintain proper safety for our staff in shared facilities, please use the Storeroom Visit Scheduler to schedule a 15 minute appointment visit. The available times are every 20 minutes, allowing a 5 minute break between visits, Monday through Friday from the hours of 8-12 AM and 1-4 PM.

- Procuring PPE: For now, individual groups and the stock room can continue to order PPE as usual. Please let me know if you are having problems securing the PPE you need in the coming weeks and months. We have been told that gloves and masks are becoming increasingly scarce.
IU Sponsored Domestic Travel Approval Form
The following Travel form will need to get approved before you travel domestically using IU funding. The form needs to be submitted to your chair who, upon approval, will send it to the appropriate divisional Associate Dean at collrequ@indiana.edu.
