For the Glory: Amar Flood

Congratulations to Amar Flood, Professor of Chemistry, who was featured in a recent “For the Glory” recognition distributed to the IU community from Chancellor David A. Reingold highlighting his recently awarded patent for work on producing sensors that can detect analytes. This is the third of three recently awarded patents for Prof. Flood. Earlier this year, he received two patents for his discovery of the world’s brightest fluorescent materials.
