Prof. Xingchen Ye’s JACS paper highlighted

The JACS paper authored by Yang Liu, Yuda Li, Soojin Jeong, Yi Wang, Jun Chen, and Prof. Ye is characterized by JACS Executive Editor Peidong Yang as describing the “elegant synthesis of highly uniform gadolinium oxide-based colloidal nanohelices,” that “consist of an intriguing strained bilayer structure,” that “exhibit extraordinary uniformity, and can be further assembled into a specific superlattice structure.” The paper, published in 2020, was highlighted this past week by the annual virtual issue of outstanding work by Early Career Investigators. The virtual issue highlights the best research in a wide range of areas.
