Room Occupancy Limits
Some of you will have noticed that the number of cases reported in Monroe County by ISDH has taken a turn upwards in the last several days, and this number does not include the 8% positivity rate found amongst the Greek house residents over the past week. Against that backdrop, we are still fielding reports of room occupancy limit violations. PLEASE, if you walk into a restroom and see that it is already at limit in terms of safe occupancy, excuse yourself and wait outside of the room.
Departmental Seminars
Now is a great time to invite seminar speakers without breaking the budget. For help with arranging schedules with individual zoom meetings for virtual seminar speakers, please contact Elizabeth (elkang@iu.edu) at least two weeks (preferably longer) in advance of the seminar. If you prefer to arrange your own speaker’s schedule, keep in mind that the cutoff for adding events to the TWIC is at 4pm on the Friday of the week before the seminar.
