Spring 2021 Wellness Days

From the College’s Wednesday update, more on the spring 2021 wellness days:
“To respect the intent of the wellness days, instructors also should not add material to other class sessions. Wellness days are intended to reduce pressure on students which, by necessity, means some loss of coverage. In the College, certain exceptions are allowed in special accreditation cases or where scheduling additional class sessions is absolutely necessary to meet the essential learning outcomes of the course.”

Mitigation or Voluntary Testing

From the IU dashboard-
“No mitigation or voluntary asymptomatic testing will be conducted during the weeks of Dec. 20 and 27 in observance of the holiday break. Symptomatic testing through the IU Health Virtual Screening Clinic will still be available, and other COVID-19 testing options can be found outside of the university. IU will continue contract tracing efforts throughout the holiday break, so please cooperate with contact tracers to limit the spread of COVID-19.  Apply for an intersession testing exemption: Will you be away from campus through Jan. 3? You may qualify for an exemption from mitigation testing. Submit he intersession exemption form to apply.”

Student Health Center Closed

The Student Health Center, including CAPS and access to our embedded counselor, will be closed from 12/21-1/4
