Simon Hall Dedication

The Simon Hall Dedication Ceremony, held on October 16th, 2007, marked the opening of the new multidisciplinary science building named Simon Hall. This $55.7 million research facility now provides laboratories and offices for researchers spanning the fields of structural biology, biochemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, bioorganic chemistry, biophysics, nanobiology/nanofabrication, biocomplexity, microbial biochemistry, and molecular virology. Designed to house faculty from the departments of chemistry, biology, and physics, this building intends to broaden scientific advancement and redefine the boundaries of knowledge.
